«The Dew of Sins» or «Mystical Defloration» is the antithesis of the first dress.
Ros Peccati is the symbol of the secretive maturation in the chaos of primal instincts. The dress is entirely handcrafted. The dyeing of the organza fabric involves a complex technological process of color transition in several stages, to create the gradient effect. The water droplets are created in the author’s technique, based on a specific formula of proportions of the materials.
«The top white part of Immaculata Conceptio encodes the purity of my conscience and inherited morality, while the intense pink bottom symbolizes the carnal manifestation of desire and instincts.
The two shades merge in the bust area and articulate the symbiosis between reason and instinct, where drops of fears, pleasures, and secrets start flowing. The undulating forms and their detachment from the body represent the distancing from canons.»
